Kendall’s path into holistic wellness began in 2019 during a period of significant personal change. Through meditation, psychology, personal development, and energy healing practices, she discovered powerful tools that helped her cultivate greater balance, resilience, and well-being.
Her journey eventually led her to Reiki, a practice that had a profound impact on her life and inspired her to pursue a career helping others. Today, Kendall is a Usui & Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, sound healer, meditation teacher, and reflexologist dedicated to supporting individuals on their wellness journeys.
Through her work, Kendall combines energy healing, sound therapy, meditation, and reflexology to help clients reduce stress, restore balance, and reconnect with their innate capacity for healing. She strives to create a supportive and welcoming environment where individuals can cultivate greater harmony in mind, body, and spirit.
In 2024, my husband and I went to Japan on our honeymoon, and I had the absolute honor of going to Mt. Kurama, the birthplace of Reiki, located near Kyoto.
The trek to the top of the mountain and back down, took around 5 hours roundtrip. The temples were gorgeous! The energy was amazing too, I found myself getting a burst of energy near the top and actually sprinted up the mountain until I found the spot that Master Usui sat and meditated at. I took time to sit there and meditate and I felt a deep connection to the Reiki energy. It was a magical experience.
On the way down, my legs have never felt so wobbly before! We were tired, but it was an awesome experience. When we got to the bottom, we found a place to go and have lunch and they even had a little store called Kurama Reiki. Amusingly, the lady who worked there didn't really know what Reiki was but said she knew that there was a master who developed it there.
I highly recommend a trip to the temples at Mt. Kurama if you get the chance.
