Reflexology is a holistic practice that works with specific points on the feet that correspond to different organs and systems of the body. By applying gentle, intentional pressure, reflexology supports relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural healing processes.

In addition to standalone reflexology sessions, Kendall will also be offering Reflexology + Reiki combo sessions. These sessions blend the grounding, physical support of reflexology with the subtle, energetic healing of Reiki, creating a deeply restorative experience that supports both the body and the energetic field.

This one-on-one Apprenticeship is designed by Reiki Master Teacher, Kendall Reiter, for those who want to build a strong foundation in Reiki while deepening their own healing journey. Whether you are beginning with Level I or continuing through Reiki Master Teacher, you'll receive individualized instruction, hands-on practice, and ongoing support at a pace that allows you to fully integrate each level before moving forward.

Inspired by the original teachings of Mikao Usui, this mentorship goes beyond learning hand positions and techniques. Together, we'll explore the philosophy and history of Reiki, cultivate a daily Reiki practice, strengthen intuition, refine hands-on healing skills, and learn how to embody Reiki as a way of life.

Each mentorship includes private training sessions, guided practice, opportunities to ask questions, personalized feedback, and continued support between sessions. Rather than rushing through a certification, you'll have the time and encouragement to gain real-world experience while growing both personally and professionally.

Throughout your training, Kendall provides individualized guidance tailored to your unique learning style and goals. Whether your intention is personal healing, supporting family and friends, or becoming a professional Reiki practitioner, you'll be mentored every step of the way in a supportive, encouraging environment.

This mentorship honors the belief that Reiki is more than a healing technique—it's a lifelong practice of self-discovery, compassion, presence, and service. By taking the time to truly integrate each level before advancing, you'll graduate with confidence in your abilities, a deep understanding of Reiki, and the experience to practice with integrity.

Pricing: 

Sessions are 90 minutes and $60 per session. The number of sessions required per level may vary, but typically will follow the following model:

Level 1: 4-5 sessions

Level 2: 5-6 sessions

Advanced/Reiki Master: 7-8 sessions

Reiki Master Teacher: 10-12 sessions

In addition to these sessions, students will participate in a donation-based monthly Reiki Share, shadow Kendall as she works with real clients, and receive a weekly Reiki Attunement to support their training.
